🔹 WHAT TO EXPECT
This event series consists of three interconnected meetings, each focusing on a different stage of personal growth and adaptation while living in Estonia.
Every meeting will last 1,5 hours and the group limit is 16 people.
Roots: owning our heritage
Meeting 1
Goal: Reconnect with our roots and cultural heritage, writing our personal hero’s journey.
Activities: Roots and ancestors heritage meditation, Hero’s journey storytelling and reflection.
Bridge: Estonia as a mirror
Meeting 2
Goal: Deepen our relationship with Estonia by exploring both its joys and challenges as reflections of ourselves.
Activities: Reflective exercises to explore personal challenges, reframing difficulties as opportunities for growth, sharing and self-reflection.
Wings: claiming our future
Meeting 3
Goal: Create a clear vision and strong direction for our future in Estonia, claiming the right to shape our own lives.
Activities: Future self-journey, vision board creation, journaling for smart goal-setting and self-empowerment.
No prior experience needed! Come as you are—curious, open, and ready to explore.
